Job Opportunity in In-House Legal Affairs
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our in-house legal affairs team. As a Solicitor, you will play a critical role in providing legal services to support the delivery of our strategic plan and enable innovation within the organization.
About the Role
The successful candidate will participate in various roles and responsibilities of the Legal & Information Compliance unit, reporting directly to the Head of Legal and Director of Legal & Information Compliance.
* • Provide legal advice and guidance on complex matters related to corporate governance, employment law, contracts, and data protection.
* • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and processes that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Garda vetting may form part of your selection process if required by your duties or if it's deemed reasonable by university authorities.
