Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the smooth operation of food and beverage services within the restaurant
* Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to maintain high service standards
* Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain knowledge of food and beverage products and hotel amenities
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, fire procedures, hygiene protocols, and employment laws
* Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, bar, and banqueting areas
* Provide room service and assist with inventory management
* Support menu planning and development
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
* Fluency in English
* Prior experience not essential but advantageous
