Cost Management Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our site-based Managed Services team in West Dublin.
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to deliver large-scale capital projects and provide commercial oversight on projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, including preparing capital cost estimates, producing lifecycle cost estimates, and valuing progress on site for interim payment certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Contract: Prepare capital cost estimates, produce lifecycle cost estimates, prepare pricing documents for tender packages
* Tendering: Commercial evaluation of trade partner submissions, negotiation with trade partners
You will also be responsible for managing supplier payments, tracking project service hours spent versus planned and forecasted hours. Additionally you'll measure project progress/earned value through time reporting as well as manage change control.
