Job Title: Process Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure quality assurance and performance management for all quality analysis conducted in the production facility.
* Manage calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of site quality equipment.
* Partner with external service providers to ensure timely servicing of equipment.
* Oversee routine analysis of raw materials, syrup, and finished products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in HPLC operation, and strong chemical knowledge. They will also possess a sound understanding of food production processes and quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this role. The candidate should be able to identify and address any issues that may arise during the production process. This includes maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies to relevant personnel.
The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met. They will also be responsible for training and mentoring new employees on quality procedures.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Relevant certifications such as HACCP or ISO 9001 would be advantageous.
