The overall purpose and objectives of the post of Maintenance Foreman will be the management and co-ordination of all maintenance matters in an effective, efficient and timely manner. The post holder will be a team leader with a proactive approach in meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction is delivered.
The post holder will work closely with:
* Hospital General Manager office
* Area Managers in Mental Health Services
* Local Administrators in Community Care
* Directors of Nursing office
* Estate Manager
* Project Manager(s)
* Estates Staff
* External service providers
