This role focuses on identifying, acquiring and developing renewable energy projects throughout Europe.
About the Role
The Renewable Energy Investment Specialist will work closely with our team to identify new opportunities, conduct due diligence and negotiate project finance agreements.
* Originating new renewable energy projects across Europe
* Developing financial models and conducting due diligence for potential investments in wind, solar and energy storage
* Performing market analysis and contributing to project financing and agreement negotiations
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled professional with a background in finance, business or engineering. The ideal candidate will have:
* A third-level degree in finance, business, engineering or similar
* 2-3 years experience in project finance, corporate finance, transaction services, investment or corporate banking
* Strong financial modeling skills and commercial acumen
* Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects is an advantage
