We are working with a major renewables platform to appoint a Property Solicitor to join its in-house legal team. The successful candidate will support real estate transactions and provide legal input across major infrastructure and development projects.This role will involve managing property transactions, advising on title matters and supporting large-scale land and development projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage legal workstreams across a range of property transactions and land projects.Support large-scale title review and registration programmes across a significant land portfolio.Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and secure third-party land rights required for development projects.Advise on title issues, including rectification and resolution of defects arising during registration processes.Work closely with internal project teams and external legal advisers to support real estate aspects of infrastructure and development projects.Assist with property-related disputes and litigation matters in collaboration with external counsel.Provide legal input on governance requirements and regulatory compliance relating to property matters.Candidate ProfileQualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland.3+ years’ post-qualification experience in property law, ideally gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.Strong experience advising on Irish property transactions and title registration processes.Ability to manage legal processes from initiation through to completion.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.To discuss in strict confidence, please apply directly via the provided link or email Caroline O'Grady at cogrady@elevatepartners.ie.
