Senior Process Enhancement Specialist
Duration: 23 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role:
As a senior process enhancement specialist, you will provide technical oversight and leadership for specific processes, projects, or functions. You will apply fundamental engineering principles throughout your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead development activities for significant process enhancements.
2. Conduct assessments to determine regulatory impact and deliverables required.
3. Analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
4. Support cost reduction projects across the site.
5. Provide engineering support for new process introduction.
6. Implement lean manufacture within manufacturing.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline (Level 8) or equivalent technical experience.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for optimizing processes.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to interpret information clearly and accurately.
