About the Role
We are looking for a Small Medium / Mid‑Market Business (SMB) Account Executive who will engage with existing customers and identify new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform and AI. The role requires building positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision‑makers, and helping customers realize the value of their Salesforce investments.
Responsibilities
 * Orchestrate new business development efforts across the SMB market.
 * Nurture new and existing client relationships.
 * Craft tailored solutions and devise strategic sales plans.
 * Manage the sales pipeline effectively and drive results.
Qualifications
 * Proficient in English and French.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 * A beginner’s mentality and willingness to learn.
 * Ability to work with all levels of the business and deliver results.
