Operational campus manager

Role Overview


Main Responsibilities:

* We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee client relationships and day-to-day operational delivery of our large campus.
* Focusing on office services and hospitality, the successful candidate will develop and present client monthly and quarterly business reviews.
* Leading internal teams and direct reports is also key in promoting an inclusive team environment.
* The ideal candidate will actively communicate with clients regarding operational needs and ensure seamless integration across the campus.

* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in facilities management (soft services) is required.
* Previous client services and operations experience within 'blue chip' organizations is essential.
* The role requires a demonstrated background in delivering high-quality Hospitality, Cleaning, and Catering services.
* An excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skillset is necessary for success.
* A proven ability to develop and implement strategies and deliver on targets is crucial.
