As part of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Director to play a key role in driving origination activity and further developing their market position. The firm operates across a broad range of sectors, working with corporates, private equity, and financial institutions on complex and high-value transactions.

Proven experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, or structured finance
Strong track record in origination and business development
Experience working with corporates, private equity, or financial institutions
Ability to structure and execute complex debt transactions
Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Candidates from advisory firms, boutiques, or top-tier banking environments will be considered
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Debt Advisory, this role sits within a high-performing and collaborative team and will play a central role in driving growth and delivering client solutions.
Origination – Lead and drive business development activity, building a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Client Advisory – Advise clients on optimal capital structures, refinancing, and funding strategies
Transaction Execution – Lead end-to-end delivery of debt advisory transactions from structuring through to completion
Market Engagement – Build and maintain relationships across banks, private credit funds, and key market participants
Deal Structuring – Support negotiation of commercial terms and debt structures across complex transactions
Team Leadership – Mentor and support junior team members across live deals and origination efforts
Strategic Input – Contribute to the growth strategy of the Debt Advisory practice and broader advisory business
