Customer Assistant (Festive) – Wicklow
Join us as a temporary “Customer Assistant (Festive) – Wicklow” and help make our customers smile during the busiest time of year. You will work in-store across a range of tasks, from serving customers, stocking shelves and preparing offers for in‑store click‑and‑collect, to picking orders for home delivery.
About the role
Contract: Temporary
Location: Wicklow, County Wicklow
Experience is not required – a positive, customer‑focused attitude is essential. You will enjoy great flexibility, work with a friendly team and contribute to a supportive community.
Responsibilities
* Help deliver Christmas for households across the nation.
* Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
* Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly positioned.
* Serve customers and prepare orders for the Click and Collect service.
* Ensure all customers receive a brilliant in‑store experience.
Requirements
* Deliver natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting and assisting customers.
* Demonstrate commitment to customers, team and department.
* Prioritise tasks to ensure the best possible customer experience.
* Show adaptability and resilience to meet changing demands.
* Follow verbal or written instructions accurately.
* Be reliable, punctual and maintain a tidy appearance.
