We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Senior Receptionist.
This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at one of our prestigious hotels based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of hotel check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a hotel reception role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Provision of outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience throughout their stay.
* A well-presented and polite professional manner.
* Proficiency in using hotel software such as Hotsoft is a significant advantage.
* A flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
