Cpl Healthcare has two new roles in Naas, Kildare: Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Administrator. These positions support the Nursing and Allied Health Professional Recruitment teams. We seek a Healthcare Recruitment experienced Recruitment Consultant.
Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Build a personal book of business (candidates and clients)
* Meet or exceed target fees
* Source and qualify candidates (availability, capability, fit, interest)
* Develop and manage client accounts
* Engage in business development activities: identifying leads, building relationships, networking, research, marketing
* Own personal and professional development
* Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues
* Lead by example, demonstrating Cpl's Core Values
* Develop industry or sector knowledge
* Accurately and promptly update all candidate and client data in Jobscience
* Showcase Cpl's Core Values in all tasks
* Contribute positively to social media for networking and client relations
Experience & Attributes:
* 1-2 years Recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
* High attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
Recruitment Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Manage applicants through recruitment stages
* Conduct eligibility checks, references, Garda vetting, police clearance, liaising with OH Department, training, and verification of service
* Ensure healthcare professionals are compliant before deployment
* Create engaging adverts weekly to attract candidates and build pools
* Organize open days, college visits, and client visits
* Maintain daily communication with clients and management
Experience & Attributes:
* Minimum 1 year office experience
* Excellent communication skills

* High attention to detail
