EZ Living Interiors are recruiting for an Accounts Administratorto join our team in our Head Office in Little Island.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the collection of accounts data from stores and ensure accuracy on company accounts and ledgers.
Data input on the Intact system.
Reconciliations and handling refunds, and the end of day function.
Ensure accurate recording and logging of all tasks to ensure we have relevant, up to date & consistent information.
Undertake any other reasonable finance/accounts/admin duties & projects which may be required/necessary as part of the role Performing office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
Preferred Skills: Previous experience in an Administration rolean advantage.
Experience with full Office Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Exceptional standard of communication skills, both written (English) and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Strong attention to detail skills and process focused.
Excellent time management, analytical and organised.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
