The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day delivery of services. The CNM1 must provide leadership in the development of the service in line with Personal Outcome Measures and future service requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a current Live Register Certificate from the NMBI, RNID/RMHN qualification is desirable, and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience gained in services for people with intellectual disabilities.

A full clean manual Driving Licence is an essential requirement, and fluency in verbal and written English is also required.

Working Hours and Remuneration:

60 hours a fortnight based on a 5-day duty roster, Department of Health Clinical Nurse Manager 1 salary scale (pro-rata per annum).
