Senior Chef de Partie Cork City Centre €18.00 €18.50 per hour | 39-hour week | Monday to Friday | No late nights We are recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of one of Irelands largest catering providers, based on-site at a major global tech company in Cork city centre. Key responsibilities Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Prepare and deliver high-volume, high-standard fresh food Lead by example and mentor junior kitchen staff Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP Strong knowledge of fresh food and large-scale catering Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation Full unrestricted right to work in Ireland Whats on offer €18.00€18.50 per hour, depending on experience 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday Stable, long-term role with a market-leading catering company Work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen within a prestigious tech campus INDCAT2 Skills: cooking time management food safety
