An exciting opportunity has opened up for a
Communications Specialist
to join a dynamic UK & Ireland Communications team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building brand reputation through storytelling, social media, and content engagement. You'll play a key role in supporting both external and internal communications initiatives across a high-impact region.
Key Responsibilities
* Support a variety of communications activities in the UK & Ireland, including public relations, social media, employee communications, and content development.
* Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and digital platforms to identify timely opportunities for thought leadership and proactive engagement.
* Draft compelling content for both internal and external audiences, including reports, commentaries, presentations, employee updates, and media materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, and Go-to-Market) to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution of campaigns.
* Create high-impact internal communications content, such as news stories and video updates, to increase engagement with EMEA-wide initiatives.
* Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as employee Town Halls, managing logistics, content, and production.
* Maintain and evolve a regional communications toolkit with scalable, innovative resources for internal teams.
* Respond to employee queries on internal platforms, escalating feedback as needed and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
* 1–2 years of experience in corporate communications (agency or in-house).
* Interest in technology, digital innovation, and business transformation.
* Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills are a plus.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
