Location: Dublin 12 (Hybrid after onboarding) Salary:€40,000€50,000 base + uncapped commission The Role: An established international business operating in the luxury goods sector is seeking a commercially driven B2 B Sales Representative to support the expansion of its wholesale operations across Europe.
This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition, account growth, and full-cycle sales ownership within a fast-paced, high-value product environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow a B2 B client base across European markets (retailers, resellers, e-commerce, auction channels) Drive outbound sales activity through structured prospecting (phone, email, CRM tools) Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and repeat business Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximise retention and revenue Manage and grow an existing portfolio of wholesale accounts Track and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion and performance Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPI metrics Requirements: 35+ years experience in B2 B sales or business development Strong track record in new business acquisition and outbound sales Experience in luxury, fashion, wholesale, resale, or high-value goods is highly desirable Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts Highly organised with strong pipeline and CRM management skills Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and closing ability Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a target-driven environment Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage Existing network within relevant industries is beneficial Whats on Offer Competitive base salary (€40,000€50,000) Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential Clear career progression pathway within a growing international business Opportunity to work with high-value products and international clients Hybrid working model available after onboarding Skills: See Job Spec Benefits: See Job Spec
