To support our growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Spray Painter to join our team.The RoleAs an Experienced Spray Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles/parts to the highest standard. You will play a key role in ensuring every job leaves our workshop with a flawless finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.Mix and match paints to achieve accurate colour finishes.Apply basecoats, topcoats, lacquers, and special finishes using spray guns and related equipment.Work with precision to deliver smooth, even, high-quality results.Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a spray painter in automotive, industrial, or custom paintwork.Strong eye for detail and colour matching.Skilled in prepping, refinishing, and polishing techniques.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, PPE, and safe use of spray equipment.Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for ongoing training and development.Supportive team environment with modern facilities.Long-term career progression within a growing company.
