Senior Quality Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to work in the quality assurance department of a leading manufacturing company. As a senior quality specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and customer guidelines in managing quality control and assurance aspects of production and testing.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain quality control and assurance procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement process control and improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Lead quality audits, including internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits
* Support supplier management activities, including validation, auditing, and monitoring
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are met
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of quality-related data
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant skills and abilities
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
* Proficiency with ISO standards, AS and ISO standards preferred
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
