Job Overview
Support the team and Area Business Managers across Ireland by generating leads and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with customers through phone and email calls to understand their product needs.
* Identify new potential customers and contact existing ones to determine their requirements and close sales deals.
* Assess customer requirements through proactive interaction and product knowledge.
* Respond professionally to requests for quotations and collaborate with colleagues to meet customer requirements.
* Follow up on enquiries from Area Business Managers and prepare proposals to meet these demands.
Candidate Profile
Desirable 2 years' experience in Inside Sales roles, along with knowledge of one or more markets such as Automotive, Commercial, Agricultural, Construction, or Industrial markets would be advantageous.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required, alongside excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, and organisational abilities.
