As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to your career.Responsibilities:Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are metEnsure compliance with project specificationsEnsure compliance with project procedures – safety / quality/ etc.Maintain project information (project controls)Track and report at weekly client update meetingsPlanning of resources including labour, materials and subcontractorsTo manage and drive a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlinesMonitor procurement / safety / costs/ etc.Must be an excellent communicator and have previous experience working on high-quality medium-and large-scale public and private contracts in various sectors: – Residential/Pharma/Commercial/Education/Health.
BIM experience an advantageTender Submission experience an advantageRequirements:You will be degree qualified in civil engineering / construction management.
Trade background will also be considered.
You will have 8+ years' proven experience of working with a medium or large-sized main building contractor in a project manager role.You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager or Director who will support you in your role.Programming and method statement writing experience would be beneficial.
