Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to design and deliver a scalable recruitment strategy that meets our rapid expansion, attracts high-quality talent and strengthens Lotus Care's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all operational roles, from workforce planning through onboarding.
* Build and execute a scalable recruitment plan to support a growth plan.
* Lead a recruitment team and manage external recruitment partners/agency use to control costs and quality.
* Design and operate attraction channels: jobsites, social media, local advertising, employee referral programmes, and partnerships with colleges/communities.
* Improve employer brand and candidate experience. Produce recruitment marketing collateral and manage careers pages.
* Implement and optimise an ATS and recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, retention of hires at 3/6/12 months).
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and sector regulations (e.g., Garda vetting, safeguarding checks, HIQA-related requirements where relevant).
* Manage recruitment budgets and supplier contracts; negotiate rates with agencies.
* Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership on hiring progress, pipeline health and risks.
Essential Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally within the social care/healthcare sector.
* Degree or CIPD qualification (or working towards)
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS and recruitment analytics.
* Track records of scaling recruitment in growth environment.
* Full, clean driving license.
