HSE Lead – Contract Opportunity | IrelandWe are supporting a large-scale project in Ireland and seeking an experiencedHSE Leadto join on a long-term contract basis.This is an excellent opportunity for asenior Health & Safety professionalwho has delivered leadership across complex construction, engineering, or critical infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of Health, Safety & Environmental management on a major project.Ensure compliance with Irish and EU legislation, client requirements, and industry best practice.Conduct and oversee ISO 45001 audits – must be Lead Auditor certified .Deliver site safety leadership including audits, inspections, risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations.Engage with client representatives, EPC contractors, and subcontractors to embed a positive safety culture.Provide training, toolbox talks, and ongoing coaching to site teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and behavioural safety programmes.Requirements:Proven track record as an HSE Lead / HSE Manager on large-scale projects (construction, data centres, manufacturing, pharma, or critical infrastructure).ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (verified).Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and CDM regulations.NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), chartered/graduate membership of IOSH desirable.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Available for contract work in Ireland (onsite).What's on Offer:Long-term contract role with a leading international organisation.Opportunity to lead HSE on a flagship project.Competitive day rate.
