Theatre Healthcare Assistant Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for a Theatre Healthcare Assistant to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and variety.
* Support nursing teams and consultants in Theatre
* Prepare Theatres for surgery and assist with patient transfers
* Ensure a clean and sterile environment in Theatre
Main Responsibilities:
* On a daily basis, ensure correct equipment is in place for each procedure
* Liaise with Anaesthetic nurses regarding Theatre lists
* Transport patients to anaesthetic rooms and from Day Surgery and In-patient Wards
Key Qualifications:
* Relevant FETAC Level 5 Qualification
* At least 1 year experience in a similar role
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
