Job Description
This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cycle counting checks and stock alignment across systems
* Scheduled stocktakes outside of cycle counts as per defined frequency including annual site stocktake
* Alignment of backflush materials and liaise with master data on factor changes if required
* Consumption record verification in MES/SAP and TECO in SAP
* Daily follow up and correction of 'problem' stock
* Crashed iDocs/COGI errors resolution
* Performing the required missing transactions in TKD or other systems
* New SOP/OPL creation
* Coaching and training of manufacturing team on correct use of systems
* Correcting incorrect product declarations across all systems
* Liaise with finance for month end closure
* Resolve any issue blocking the month process in a timely manner
* Investigate any production orders with unexpected associated activities or consumptions
* WISE, Tekdan, SAP UAT/simulation testing
* Assist other departments when they require MFG input in new system development or system improvement
* Setup and training of new users on manufacturing systems
* Setting up MFG systems for trials, new products etc
* Liaise with WISE, DANIS, GEA
* Logging and responding to tickets
* Weekly attendance at Raws and Stocks meeting
* Running, constructing and sending out reports as required
* Changing WISE master data as requested
* Poka system administrator: creating forms, setting up new plant structures in Poka
Requirements:
* System experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
* Relevant third level qualification
* Knowledge of SAP modules and how they interact with a multinational organisation
* Proficient in data entry and management
* Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
* Proficient numerical ability to record interpret and analyse key process data
* Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
