The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead bar staff, motivating the team to perform at their best
Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
Create a positive, efficient, and customer-focused working environment
Oversee the smooth running of the bar and storeroom
Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring a high level of service
Manage stock control and place orders as required
Maintain strong knowledge of beverages and offerings
Adapt quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
Support management with daily operations
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Experience with cash handling and till systems
Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others
Previous experience in a busy bar environment
Additional Details
Flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Busy venue with live music every weekend
Regular events such as quiz nights, darts, and private functions
