About the Role:
* Sell motors cars with a consultative approach, focusing on customer satisfaction and needs.
* Maintain a disciplined sales process and adhere to company policies.
* Utilize strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to achieve sales targets.
* Work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience in the motor/auto trade industry.
* A full clean driver's license.
* Strong work ethic and initiative-taking professional skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and targets.
* Excellent organizational, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Third-level qualification desirable.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary package, benefits including a company vehicle, and a wonderful team environment. Hours of work are onsite in Co. Clare, 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
