Department Leadership Role
This leadership position focuses on delivering exceptional customer care and operational standards to achieve sales growth and profitability while maintaining cost efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a departmental KPI plan that aligns with business objectives.
* Lead the team in achieving agreed-upon business strategies and goals.
* Analyse sales data and trading patterns to maximise sales through identifying customer needs and demands.
* Maintain stock accuracy in conjunction with senior management, ensuring optimal product levels to drive sales.
* Foster excellent customer service as a role model, upholding the brand's customer experience programme.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills, along with organisational and time management abilities, commercial acumen, and appropriate product knowledge. Experience in fast-paced retail environments and customer-focused businesses is preferred but not essential.
