Convenience Store Manager – Offaly
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Manager who is ready to step up into a Store Manager role to lead a busy and well-established convenience/forecourt store in Offaly.

Salary: €45k plus bonus
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily running of a high-volume convenience/forecourt store
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the team
3. Drive sales, margins, and store standards
4. Control costs, waste, and stock levels
5. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with all procedures
Requirements:
6. Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within convenience, forecourt, or grocery retail
7. Ready to step up into a Store Manager position
8. Hands-on, energetic, and operationally focused
9. Strong leadership and people management skills
