Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will provide administrative support in maintaining live rotas, managing applications, and handling office administration duties.


The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the wider MS Office Suite. Experience with CRM or rota programs is advantageous but not essential.



Responsibilities:


* Maintain accurate records across CRM and rota systems

* Support the rota and recruitment desks to ensure smooth operations

* Liaise with suitable candidates for GP locum roles
