Job Title: Care and Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with residents who have intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing person-centered care in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in social, religious, and recreational activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Health or Social Care qualification, such as a third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, or Social Work. Alternatively, you may hold a Fetac Level 5 – Health Care Major Award or its equivalent. Experience working in a care environment is also essential.
