Position: Marketing and Digital Media Executive (Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Blessington, Co. Wicklow
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are looking for a new Marketing and Digital Media Executive to join the management team in the beautiful Blessington Resort!
Your New Role
Reporting directly to the hotel's Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be a professional and polished individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years hotel Marketing experience. You will demonstrate excellent team leading abilities as well as the initiative required to multi task in this busy environment.
Responsibilities
* Events: To deal with incoming enquiries to secure business for conferences, meeting rooms and events
* Events: To act as the main point of contact for the booker once the event is confirmed
* Events: To follow up with the client to ensure their event was successful and to liaise with the sales team on securing repeat/future business
* Events: To hand over any event enquiries that we could not accept to the corporate sales manager to ensure they are logged in the CRM
* Bar & Restaurant: To assist with promotions to drive local business to The Brasserie and Fairways Restaurant including Sunday lunch, bar food, christenings, parties, funeral receptions etc
* Digital Media: To manage and monitor the resort's social media accounts in a consistent and professional manner through use of content calendars and scheduled posts
* Digital Media: To publish content and to respond to guest/user content and messaging
* Marketing: To assist with in-house and offline marketing/advertising collateral such as posters, brochures, flyers, menus, wedding adverts etc.
* Marketing: To support head office marketing division with requests for information in a timely manner
* Marketing: To ensure all website menus/information is accurate and correct - Liaising with Head office marketing team for all updates to be undertaken
* Marketing: To ensure all third party site information about the hotel's various departments are all up to date
* Marketing: To work with the PR company in approving requests and issuing information as required
* Marketing: To join the monthly sales & marketing meeting and to action plans set out for the month ahead
* Marketing: To assist with photoshoots/video
* Marketing: To co-ordinate information from the hotel internal teams when needed for large projects
* Marketing: To ensure all collateral is approved by head office
This is a full time position and will involve working some evenings and weekends.
