Job Purpose
Work alongside the Head of Sales to maximise sales growth across all technologies of TCFG into Food Service.
Catalysing growth by targeting new business opportunities within current customer base & introducing new strategic growth partners

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Create a sales strategy for growth in the food service area delivering sited sales growth across all TCFG technologies.
Champion, drive & convert documented sales strategy facilitating sustained base of business in this area
Formulate detailed customer plans for targeted customers, monitor & measure sales delivery against plans/targets
Deliver targeted revenue and margin for assigned foodservice customers in ensuring the TCFG budget & longer-term sales strategy is achieved, actively exploring new customers to strategically partner with for further growth
Build & managing project pipelines with allocated & targeted customers presenting key targeted project pipelines resulting in a measured conversion to sales hit rate of 20% +
Be fully accountable for the management of allocated accounts & foodservice sales channel, championing communication excellence with the customer & into business units on all aspects
Complete BURs for all contact made with customers to circulate internally and externally in ensuring transparency for all stakeholders regards customer needs, requirements, and direction
Coordination of quarterly sales reviews into key strategic growth partners to maximise our understanding of further market opportunities and our inclusion in development
Protecting & enhancing margin and presenting proactive strategies to maximise profitability into TCFG across assigned accounts and across business
Working alongside HOS to protect and grow the existing customer base, presenting further future opportunities to grow TCFG market share in Food Service
Managing and presenting business opportunities through gated process and completing PSIR forms for new customers
Managing and championing all costings into customer base in line with business margin expectations
Work closely with Customer Services Manager to ensure efficient account planning, and clear reporting of delists and new product listings
Regularly update sales guidance to year end for allocated accounts & targeted growth accounts on confirmation of launch
Develop positive and strong relationships with direct customers & with internal stakeholders
Work closely with finance in regards of DSO, Credit Limits, Overdue etc in managing sustainable cash flow
Actively contribute as member of the sales management team in supporting a longer-term growth strategy.
With specific attention to the Foods
Own and manage inventory in ensuring that this is maintained at a minimal level & that all exposure is managed with customers in minimising risk of obsolescence
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position in an industry with high volume product
Subject matter expert in ingredients.
An extensive knowledge of fit for application products in the food service marketplace.
Proven track record of conversion to sale
Third level education is desirable
Minimum 5 years' experience of sales/business management
Extensive knowledge of B2B market in UK, Ireland, and Europe
Working knowledge of European languages is desirable
Extensive knowledge of European market dynamics
Highly motivated and resilient
Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
Experience in an international environment
Understand impact of decision making on business and customers
Ability to work in a stressful environment

Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
Some travel will be required.
