Responsibilities include advising on all stages of construction and utilities projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement and construction through to completion, with involvement in construction disputes as part of a mix of advisory and contentious work.
Qualifications and requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in a Common Law Jurisdiction
* 2-6 years’ PQE with proven experience in construction law (ideally in both advisory and contentious matters)
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Superb attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills at all levels
