IT Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Reperio Human Capital. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues promptly.
* Set up and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networking equipment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* Document support activities, including resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are a plus.
