What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day SHEQ support to a key customer, helping maintain high safety and compliance standards.
Support the completion of tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires relating to health, safety, and quality.
Maintain and update SHEQ registers, trackers, and supporting documentation.
Help manage and improve the organisation’s Business Management System in line with ISO and certification standards.
Review and track H&S documentation, ensuring policies and procedures remain current and compliant.
Work alongside project teams to develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Assist with the creation and upkeep of Qualified Persons Lists (QPL) across project teams.
Conduct accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending preventative measures.
Participate in SHEQ meetings and collaborate with teams during joint site visits.
Provide guidance to management and operational staff to help reduce workplace risks and maintain safe practices.
Qualifications
Experience working in Data Centres or Commercial Warehouses would be highly favoured.
Strong experience within Health & Safety, SHEQ, or similar compliance-focused roles.
Solid understanding of risk assessments, RAMS, and incident investigation processes.
Familiarity with ISO standards, SafeContractor, or similar certification frameworks.
Experience supporting documentation, registers, and safety management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and project stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing safety documentation.
Good communication skills with the confidence to advise teams on safe working practices.
Willingness to travel for occasional site visits across Ireland.
