About the Role
This is a hybrid position with some remote working options covering Southeast Ireland. You will conduct comprehensive assessments using established tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R. Responsibilities include writing professional reports, providing tailored recommendations, and supervising junior team members.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostic assessments for Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions using tools like ADOS-2 and ADI-R
* Prepare professional assessment reports with appropriate recommendations
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Optionally, provide supervision and support to junior clinicians
Requirements & Qualifications:
* BSc in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent CORU-registered qualification
* Current CORU registration
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
* Experience conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental assessments with children
* ADOS-2 and ADI-R training (essential)
* Experience working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Experience in report writing and record-keeping
