We are seeking a strategic HR Operations Manager to collaborate with our Operations leadership team.
* Provide proactive support to the Operations leadership team by developing and implementing effective workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management strategies that align with business goals.
* Lead end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, absence management, and engagement initiatives.
* Contribute to shift planning and resourcing to meet production demands.
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with Irish employment law standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD qualification desirable.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
* Proven skills in HR business partnering, balancing strategic insight with practical delivery.
* Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR metrics.
* Ability to influence across all levels, being resilient, hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented.
