We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 * Provide strategic financial management and accounting services to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant financial procedures.
 * Analyze financial performance and prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
 * Manage capital budget reporting, internal controls, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
 * Support strategic planning, provide financial insights, and advise senior management on financial implications.
 * Supervise junior finance staff, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional project teams.
 * Ensure transparency and accountability in the use of public funds and engage with stakeholders across departments and agencies.
Requirements:
 * A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
 * Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant finance role.
 * Strong understanding of financial standards and principles.
 * Experience with SORP preferred.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
 * Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
Working Conditions:
 * This role will be based on-site.
 * Working week: 35 hours.
 * Annual leave: 30 days.
