Job Description:

Looking for a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration? If so, you've come to the right place! We are seeking a Head of Sales, Ireland, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to deliver the strategy through effective retail partnerships and executions.

You will play a key role in delivering business targets by managing a team and senior customer relationships within the Irish market. Your responsibilities include building strong, sustainable relationships to ensure the profitable development of all Kellanova brands, with a focus on developing future commercial talent.

This role is hybrid, based out of our European Head Office in Dublin, with options for remote work.

* Managing KPIs: Deliver excellent service to stakeholders.
* Executing Customer Priorities: Implement customer priorities at a national level.
* Driving Team Motivation: Foster motivation and development within your team.
* Achieving Targets: Meet sales, NSV, trade spend, and GP targets annually.
* Implementing Marketing Strategies: Apply Kellanova's marketing strategies and collaborate with the RGM team.


Your Recipe for Success

* Over 10 years in FMCG and account management
* Deep knowledge of Irish trade environment and practices
* Excellent communication, presentation, and economic skills
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
* Strong network with Irish retailers
* Results-driven, strategic planner
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Academic credentials and fluency in English
