We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and brand standards across Food & Beverage, Accommodation and Front Office Teams.
This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategies that enhance guest satisfaction in Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets; Managing a skilled team by overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management as well as coaching staff towards career growth opportunities within our luxury hotel setting; If you have a passion for hospitality with strong leadership skills in hotel operations or food services coupled with excellent communication skills then we would love to hear from you
