4. Collaborate with Financial Controller: Manage revenue and control costs effectively to maintain profitability.
5. Maintain Reputation: Uphold the spa's reputation for excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Proven Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a hospitality or spa setting.
