Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carey Glass UC, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the company with professionalism, delivering a positive first impression to every contact.
· Handle customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service.
· Provide customers with technical support and product guidance (training will be provided).
· Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure timely delivery scheduling.
· Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues through clear and effective communication.
