The Part-time Office/ Accounts Administrator, who will ideally have had experience in a similar role in an SME environment, will be responsible for, and contribute to, accounts / receivable payable.

15 Hour Week ( 3 days) Key Responsibilities General office administration and support across the business Scheduling Jobs Entering invoices from suppliers and subcontractors Preparing and sending quotations (some, not all), invoices, and payment statements Tracking payments in and out, and following up where needed Assisting with bookkeeping and internal accounts Answering calls and handling client queries in a professional, friendly manner Occasional personal assistant support for management Requirements Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (training will be provided on our system) XERO is system used by client Professional and approachable when dealing with clients and suppliers Dependable, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a small team Knowledge of the landscaping or trades industry is a plus but not essential For the right person they can accommodateflexible hours (3 days preferable) Skills: Admin Work Office Support Bookkeeping Invoicing Benefits: Flexitime
