The Role
Location: Cork
Working Mode: Fully onsite–Monday to Friday
As a Sustainability Data Harmonisation Expert, you will play a critical role in standardising and integrating sustainability data from diverse sources (customer & 3rd party suppliers) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and comparability. You will support the customer (Consumer electronics device maker) to create a unified and consistent view of diverse source data for effective reporting, performance evaluation, and informed decision-making regarding sustainability initiatives. You should possess solid technology knowledge and will be responsible for seamlessly connecting cloud-based applications with existing on-premises enterprise systems.
Your Responsibilities
1. Identify all data needs and structure including all variations across suppliers / supply chain, all outputs required from Customer to regulatory (EU, Country, others), and customer's internal reporting requirements.
2. Harmonise data structure comprehensive across all variations.
3. Conduct 3rd Party Assessments incorporating RFP Creation and Approval, RFP Submission Responses, Short List/Demo, and Final selection and PO.
4. 3rd Party and Customer Solution Architecture incorporating Final process and data flows, Reporting scope, Implementation Plan, and Implement Solution.
Key Skills
5. Proficiency with integrating platforms.
6. Understanding APIs and web services.
7. Experience with message brokers.
8. Familiarity with data formats.
9. Knowledge of database systems.
10. Experience with cloud platforms.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills
12. Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and architects, to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
