Site Manager – Residential Housing
Location:Tullamore, Co. Offaly
Salary:€100,000 – €120,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established property development company with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential housing across Ireland. With a development pipeline spanning several years, they are committed to creating practical, modern homes that balance functionality and design.
As Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations on a large-scale, multi-phase housing scheme. The project includes a diverse mix of unit types and will be delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
2. Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met
3. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards
4. Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs
5. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
6. Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
8. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices
9. Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
10. Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
11. Full driving licence required
