Remote Mobile Engineer - React Native
Job Description
As a Mobile-App Developer, you will work on developing Bitfinex mobile applications, including:
* New Features: Creating innovative features to provide a professional trading experience, developed using agile methodologies.
* Scalability: Ensuring the mobile app remains smooth, responsive, and real-time as user growth continues.
* Data Visualization: Displaying data effectively through tailored algorithms and experimenting with new visualization methods.
* Design: Building beautiful reactive applications and trading tools.
To succeed, you should have the following attributes and experience:
* Comfortable with high-availability concepts.
* Highly proficient in JavaScript and ES6+.
* Experienced with React, React Native (mainly Expo), Redux, and related principles.
* Familiar with modern front-end pipelines and tools.
* Experienced with WebSockets and RESTful APIs.
* Interested in creating diverse, innovative applications.
* Looking to modernize and optimize mobile or web applications.
* Knowledge of native languages (Swift/Kotlin) and native build tools (Xcode/Android Studio) is advantageous.
