Job Title: Duty Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Accommodation, Food & Beverage departments
• Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Act as senior manager on duty - leading team members resolving guest queries or complaints
• Support F&B operations events functions when required working closely department managers Front Office Housekeeping F&B Maintenance ensuring effective communication staffing levels
The key requirements for this position are:
* Previous supervisory managerial experience within a hotel setting (1-2 years+ ideal)
